Minister Monsef to host public dialogue on electoral reform in Yellowknife on August 30 at Explorer Hotel

Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, August 26, 2016– Members of the media are invited to attend a public dialogue between the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister of Democratic Institutions and local residents on the issue of electoral reform.

The Minister will meet with Canadians and stakeholders to hear their thoughts on electoral reform directly and discuss how we can improve Canada’s electoral system and our democracy.
